Subterranean termites live in the soil under the city’s buildings and come up through hairline cracks in the floor. Most people see them only when a door frame gives way. We treat the soil they travel through, not just the wood you can see.

How drill-fill-seal works
The standard treatment for an existing building in India. A 2BHK usually takes four to five hours, and you can stay at home.
- ADrill. 12 mm holes about 30 cm apart along the joint where walls meet the floor.
- BFill. Termiticide is injected under low pressure into the soil below the slab.
- CSeal. Each hole is closed with white cement to match the floor.
- DBarrier. Treated soil stops termites coming up from below.
- EMud tubes are scraped off and the woodwork behind them treated directly.

Post-construction
For flats, villas and offices already in use. Drill-fill-seal around every room on the ground floor, plus wood treatment on upper floors where termites have reached. We come back at day 15 and day 90 to check.

Pre-construction
For new builds and extensions. The soil is treated at the foundation stage, around the footings and under the plinth, before the floor is laid. We work to your contractor’s schedule and give you a treatment record for the file.

After the treatment
Do not wet-mop along the walls for 24 hours, so the sealed holes cure. Keep wooden furniture a few centimetres from the walls and fix leaking pipes, because damp walls draw termites. If you see fresh mud tubes before the day-90 check, send a photo on WhatsApp and we come back.
